Since the release of Animal Crossing: New Horizons last March, the IP has been raking in the big bucks. Sales are through the roof and third-party accessory manufacturers are even cashing in on the latest game's success.
Continuing this trend is Hori - with a brand new officially licensed line of Animal Crossing: New Horizons-themed products for the Nintendo Switch. There's a Hori Pad Mini, carry bag, Switch game case, Switch pouch and Switch stand.
All these themed products will be released next month in Japan. At the moment, there's no mention of a local release.

Ok that controller is extremely cute. Must resist!
I have zero interest in a wired controller...this isn't 1996, but I'd happily buy either of those cases.
However, I also have zero interest in Hello Kitty but also plan to be at Target when they open to buy those Sanrio cards.
So much gorgeous. My heavily bearded (and unkempt) heart weeps.
The tabletop stand is a little tempting, though I would have definitely sprung for a 24 card pocket.
Do they have that controller but not, uh, covered in things that would make my wife question our marriage? LOL
'Cause the button layout and such looks pretty comfy. Plus, wired controllers = less input lag = happier me while playing, heh.

ooo i like these way more than the poptart design patterns we've gotten on AC merch, the pastel space aesthetic is cool
I still don't get the that controller style. Look so weird and not easy to hold because the grip is short...or is that the just the image view
I like the look, super cutesy, but like, who would use that controller over a Pro or Joy-Cons? It's so small and seemingly uncomfortable.
@BloodNinja @JHDK @Mr_Persona
I have that hori controller (not this colorway... yet!)
and honestly it's my most used controller and I really enjoy it.
I also use it for PC gaming.
My first joycons had drift, and my current pair, the right one constantly drops connection.
Hori actually had made a PS3/4 mini controller first, and it was much less ergonomic. zero grip and ps stick layout made it a pain. but this switch version i love.
@konbinilife Thanks! I'll try to track down the less colorful one, heh

Well, if lilac's your colour... Congrats!
@nessisonett Yeah lol
@JHDK I used to feel that way but honestly not having to charge a controller and always having one available is AMAZING
Is that a wired controller?
Oh how sweet! I'd like to get the carry case
@konbinilife so the gripping isn't that bad?
@Mr_Persona grip isn't bad. not as good as pro controller of course, but perfectly usable. maybe a little too lightweight, however the buttons and sticks all feel fine. and in my experience Hori makes a superior product than PowerA or madcatz or whatever else 3rd party controllers there are.
@konbinilife hmm okay l will get that Pokèmon one l saw at my store then. thanks!
@Wavey84 Wired=Precision play= pro gamer.
Love wired controllers but that's too girly.
@Wavey84 No, it feels perfect.
@BloodNinja You on Twitter? I'd love to hangout with you there!
@noswitchbutidc Thanks! I’m allergic to Twitter though!
@BloodNinja Discord?
@noswitchbutidc I don’t have a personal discord.
@BloodNinja anywhere that ain't here?
@noswitchbutidc Not sure where else we would talk. What do you want to know?
@BloodNinja It's just to prevent filling the comments on an article with way past off-topic things like this
