A brand new entry in the Let's Sing series has been announced today, and you can probably already tell what makes this new title unique from the rest.
Yes, Let's Sing Queen will be arriving on Switch and other platforms this October, giving fans the chance to pick up a microphone and sing along to 30 of the British rock band's greatest hits. You can hit the stage as legendary lead singer Freddie Mercury, rocking out to the likes of Bohemian Rhapsody, I Want To Break Free, We Will Rock You, and more.
Game Modes:
• Classic: Take the stage alone or with friends. Hit the right notes, prove that you have what it takes to be a star and crack the high score!
• Feat.: Teamwork is key! Grab a friend or even team up with the legendary Freddie Mercury in single player mode. The better your voices match, the higher your “compatibility score”.
• World Contest: It’s you against the world! Climb to the top of the leaderboard by challenging friends or another singer online on the other side of the world. The game will show your performances as if you were singing together.
• Mix Tape 2.0: This game mode guarantees hours of fun and a playlist that’s never the same: Each Medley in this innovative game mode is a dynamically generated mix.
• Jukebox: Lean back and enjoy a list of songs for your next jam session.
• Let’s Party: The ultimate challenge for your Let’s Sing party! Two teams with up to four players each and only one mic per team face off in randomly chosen game modes to determine who the real stars are.
The game launches on 2nd October, available as a standalone release at £34.99, with one USB microphone for £44.99, or with two mics for £54.99. If you don't want to pick up a microphone, you can actually download the Let’s Sing Microphone app and use your phone's built-in mic instead - which is a pretty neat touch.

I love Queen, but I suck at Sing Star at the best of times. Me trying to copy Freddie Mercury would be a disaster for all involved.
OK, but my family is going to love this. I'm going for it! xD
I heard about this already on the radio...
Can't wait to play the game.
This is great, I love Queen, but I can't really sing 🤣
Doing justice to Mercury's vocals will be farrokhing impossible.
Not sure I need my Switch to tell me that I’m not as good as Freddie...
There are two bands you should never ever do on karaoke, because the vocals are hard as nails. Queen and ABBA. My neighbours would murder me.
I’d be nice to have more licensed music games after Rock Band “bit the dust”, but a lot of Queen’s music is so bloated and overplayed on the radio and in stadiums. Cool for those interested, but an evening of this game would drive me up the wall.
Oh who am I kidding...
I want it now
@gaga64 Radio gaga64?
If I was sober this would be my idea of a living nightmare....but a few pints in?
Well I'd probably enjoy it too much
IM DEFINITELY GETTING THIS!
@NotTelevision define "a lot of"!
Compared to their compilation of songs, I doubt that a lot of them are played in Stadiums. Maybe the "famous" ones, like we are the champions, bicycle, bohemian Rhapsody and maybe some parts of under pressure...
Will this version come with Mics? Or how does it work on Switch?
Can't wait to Play The Game!
Anyone know the songlist? Would love to jam to lesser-known stuff like Princes of the Universe or Teo Torriate too.
@NotTelevision Ding dong, your opinion is wrong!
Ayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyo! Ayyyyyyo! Ayo!
Tempting but my neighbors would probably get me kicked out
Shouldn't it have had '39 of the band's biggest hits?
@oatmaster yep. Queen + Nintendo = gaga64
@mazzel There’s also “We Will Rock You”, “Don’t Stop Me Now”, “Fat Bottomed Girls”, “Killer Queen”, “Another Bites the Dust”...
I guess if they were really all that great then hearing the songs for eternity wouldn’t matter, but after a while the cheesy opera thing they were going for becomes too saccharine and grating.
But I’m happy the band’s music brought so many people happiness.
@NotTelevision naaah, they all great for all eternity period
If they were instrumental, I’d do it, but Let’s Sing is like putting on an album in on the tube and singing along. That’s not karaoke.
I've never played a game that involves singing, but I'm tempted by this
A sing game featuring one of the most difficult singer to imitate? I love Queen but I pass 😂
@bozz
Ultimate Play The Game!
Aww, yeah, I love Queen! My three favorite songs of theirs are "Flash Gordon," "Fat Bottomed Girls," and "Bohemian Rhapsody."
I listen to them on the radio all the time (for those wondering, it's 97.1 FM The Drive WDRV, a classic rock station based in Chicago; and as a fun fact, Steve Downes, the voice of Master Chief John-117 from Halo, works for them, although he's semi-retired now; if you guys are interested in listening in, they have a mobile app that you can download, or you can listen in on their website).
Oh, as soon as this comes out I’m gonna have a good time!
If we could sing halfway decent in front of people, me and my friends would play the HECK out of this (from a safe distance of course)
lol - I love karaoke, but Queen is impossible. Though every karaoke night has at least one of "that guy who nails Queen songs perfectly." I have a karaoke set up at home, speakers, monitor, database, mics etc so I'm not sure if I'd need this...didn't realize the series was on Switch. Might be fun tho.
Better have killer queen
It's both the best queen song and the best stand
So, so tempting, but no, I'll stick to screaming Bohemian Rhapsody in the car while headbanging. You know, like normal people do.
Agree with the consensus here, there are not a lot of people who can sing Freddie as well as most people think they can.
I suck at singing (thanks rock band 2 you didn't have to be rub it in my face about it) but I am kinda tempted too pick it up.
@RPGamer please do not post so many times in a row, I've seen you do this way too often
@RPGamer thanks
I'll be ripping the bo-rhapping off the box the second this arrives. They're bringing opera to the switches!
If the loading screens aren't a series of vocal warmups it'll be a wasted opportunity.
@oatmaster I was just gonna say that everyone should go Google some vocal warmups. Predicting a deluge of vocal cord injury post-launch haha
Only the best band in the world with the best singer In the world and the most diversified song catalogue that any group could hope to put forth!! All 4 members are such talented musicians and songwriters! My all time fave band!
And not many can hit Freddie’s notes though Lambert does a good job or Brian and Roger wouldn’t hang on to him!
I’m surprised our buddy on this site with the “John Deacon” user name hasn’t yet submitted a comment here yet! Lol 🤣🤣
The title makes me think that the Queen game is bringing 30 of "The Band"'s(of "The Weight" fame) greatest hits because of the all caps.
Two very different bands.
I'm a massive Queen fan, but when I want to sing along to their songs, I just put on a CD or stream it.
Does the Wii U microphone work with this game?
