A brand new trailer has appeared for Cyber Hook, a 3D platformer that's set to blast onto Nintendo Switch later this year.
If you haven't heard about this one before, the game is a fast-paced take on 3D platforming which has you using a grappling hook to pull off parkour-like movements. You'll need to scale and ride walls while fighting enemies and blasting blocks to progress; make any costly mistakes, and you'll fall to your doom.
In the new video above, you can see some of the game's intense action with its moving platforms, the different abilities you'll have at your disposal, and even some of those enemies we just mentioned. The final product is set to feature more than 70 levels, leaderboards, and an ability which will let you warp time to better plan your jumps.
Cyber Hook is planned to launch in Q2 2020.
Like the look of it? Think you might pick this one up when it does launch later this year? Share your thoughts with us below.

Seems like 80's retro Cluster Truck/Vector swing. I'll keep it on my radar for now.
It would fit to VR.
Looks rad, but this is almost ALWAYS the kind of thing i play for about 20 minutes, get pissed off, and then never touch again.
This looks right up my alley, and I love the 80’s aesthetic and music.
I’m just trying to figure out if the counter in the bottom left is a timer or speedometer. I’m going to go with a timer since games like this usual have a race against the clock mechanic. Time limits is something I generally despise in games and real life, but I sometimes make the rare exception for a game if the character movement is fun.
Since I highly doubt I’ll ever get a Mirrors Edge game on Switch, even the excellent mobile game, this may have to do.
@Kang81 I absolutely loved Mirrors Edge on mobile, too! Shame it can no longer be played on that platform. Well, not on iOS at least

Was it available on Android? For some reason I recall it as being only on iOS. Sadly I don’t think I can play it anymore either. My current iPhone and iPad will no longer play it. I may have an older iPhone that will run it though.
Back when it released on mobile I was rooting for a Vita port. It’d be awesome to see it on Switch. I can’t see it being that costly to port, maybe even add a bunch of new content?
