You just grab your pad, sit on the couch and play!

+ Legendary players used as reference
+ 6 languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese and Polish
+ 32 national teams in International Cup mode with ranking

Original Story (Fri 8th Jun, 2018 11:00 BST): Purple Tree and Klabater are linking up to release '90s Football Stars on the Nintendo Switch eShop.

Described as an "arcade football game with super-fast, dynamic gameplay, retro attitude, and no holds barred matches", '90s Football Stars aims to replicate the speedy gameplay seen in classic soccer titles and even uses a VHS-style filter for that authentic, old-school effect.

All of the teams that qualified for the 2018 World Cup in Russia will be available, and an additional 50-odd teams will be added "later on", according to the developer. The likenesses of legendary players have been used for certain character designs, and the game's soundtrack will apparently bring back "the sound of the '90s'.

There's no release date as yet, but we're told '90s Football Stars is coming soon.
