BOXBOY! + BOXGIRL! is the latest Nintendo-published title to fly on to the Switch's digital shelves, puzzling its way to a hybrid console near you today.
The 2D puzzle-platformer features a trio of quadratic characters - Qbby, Qucy and Qudy. The latter of these - the tall one - stars in this new launch trailer, tackling puzzles which force players to think outside the rectangle. You'll also get a quick look at the new outfits available to customise your characters.
The game features 270 stages, which just so happens to be the most in the series to date, and for the first time, two players can work together to solve puzzles. We'll have a full review of the game for you in the near future, but if you can't wait until then, you can always try out the demo that's available right now on the eShop. If you're intrigued, it's probably worth giving it a go.
The full game can be purchased from the Switch eShop from today for $9.99 / £8.99.
Will you be picking it up?

I'll be sure to download this joint while at work later so it'll be ready when I get off and chill a lil, heh. ^^
Oh crap, I forgot about this game - and I pre-purchased ir.
One of my favourite 3ds games, been playing the Switch one today and it's just a shame they have to waste half the game showing the mechanics to new players, I understand it but still, for seasoned players it's just the same thing as before. Hopefully it leads to a sequel or a port of the three on 3ds though.
Time to wishlist it, and when any discount to it is applied I'll pick it up. Looks like a great co-op game!
@Cissero Its already extremely cheap for the amount of content you get, lots of puzzles, lots replay value trying to get S ranks. I urge everyone to buy it
Hmmmm The first was fun hmmm oh what the crap why not..
I'm thinking about streaming the demo later. Then I'll decide if I will buy it or not. I LOVED the 3DS one, but never got the sequals.
Just about to get my head down before my night shift. Will start download. This shall be played on my break tonight... Love this IP.
I tried out the demo the other night will eventually pick this up since I’ve had my eye on Baba is you and SHe Remembered Caterpillars also.
Wish this series got more attention..
