WaterField Designs has announced a new, "premium" collection of leather game card wallets for Nintendo Switch. If you're looking for a stylish way to store your favourite games, or perhaps an interesting little stocking filler for a loved one, these could be a solid choice.
The wallets come in two different styles, one holding 10 games and the other holding 20. With its slim, foldable design, the wallet should come in particularly handy if you're trying to save some space while travelling, and naturally slots neatly inside WaterField's larger carry cases.
As you can see, the wallets are available in either black, blue, crimson or "grizzly" colours, are made from double-layer leather, and stay shut with an "easy-to-use stretch nylon strap closure". If you like what you see, you can get your very own right now; the 10-card design costs $19.99 while the 20-card design costs $29.99.
Do you like this stylish Switch game storage solution? Will you be rocking your own WaterField wallet in the months to come? Let us know down below.

noice, might get one
HORI Switch case 24 can hold until 24 Switch games with cheaper price and smaller box size.
I'm 90% digital right now so wouldn't have much use, but these are nice looking tings.
Snazzy, but this doesn't let me show off the game card labels.
I do need a better game card case though, my current one only holds 12 games and is difficult to remove them from.
Do they have a version for digital games?
@nocdaes sure, is this one. https://www.amazon.co.uk/SanDisk-microSDXC-Memory-Adapter-Performance/dp/B074RNRM2B/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1543495032&sr=8-3&keywords=micro%2Bsd%2Bsandisk&th=1
@RupeeClock I use solid plastic cases that I get off Amazon which hold 24 games. They work well and are only a couple of £ and also come with a cart shaped removable piece that holds 2 Micro SD cards.
They are not massive but I'm currently on my 6 case as I like having all my games on me when out and about. LOL
That's odd. Where are the affiliate links?
I demand NL-sanctioned "bargains"!
And none of these will slide out and end up at the bottom of your bag. Honest.
I have one of the smaller ones, because it came with one of their cases. The cases are really nice, but the game sleeve is extremely tight to get the games into and out of. As a result, I've barely used mine.
Surely most Switch cases carry enough space for at least 10 games? Add in digital games on the Switch itself & an extra wallet seems a little redundant.
Buy your loved one something more useful like an eShop voucher!
This does seem to have the major design flaw that you can't see which game is which once inserted. The position of the Switch logo at the top of each card is problematic.
@Deadstanley I have two of the 10 card design (Purchased before the 20 card existed). While I certainly don't need 20 games, especially when traveling, I like having them available when at home. I don't have space for all of my game cases in my entertainment center, so I put the cases in storage, and the games in one of these. Especially handy for multiplayer games that I pull out at random times. Otherwise, I'm with you - for traveling, the 5 games that fit in my travel case work for me just fine.
I always like to keep an eye out for nice Switch game cases. I wish someone would release a case for Switch games like I have for my 3DS games. A case that is the same dimensions as a 3DS case, but holds a bunch of game cards inside. Looking at the size of a Switch game box, it'd be perfect, and it would also fit nicely on the shelf when I am not travelling.
@Anti-Matter I have one, I like the form factor and the size, but it holds the games so tightly it can be worrisome and annoying getting them out or putting them in.
They look rather nice, but I'd get no use out of one as I'm all digital this time around.
@Silly_G I asked that a few weeks ago in one of their articles as well. The response back I got was they will probably never hit Amazon anyways. So they just linked the makers site.
I honestly don't understand why people would prefer buying physical games over digital. It's such a burden to carry them around and switch games all the time, no thanks.
@Anti-Matter "HORI Switch case 24 can hold until 24 Switch games with cheaper price and smaller box size."
This is the most valued product so far. I have yet to see another maker that holds more than 24 this compact. I'll buy more before they stop making them.
@Swaz @nocdaes two whom would never understand the appeal. If you never grew up in the 80's then you wouldn't ever know why. Trying to explain it would be talking to a wall when people start using such lines as
"don't understand why people would prefer buying physical games over digital."
That already tells me you never looked back or read about history of the gaming industry origins.
@nocdaes "Do they have a version for digital games?"
This is what they call a TROLL. Making ignorant comments helps identify you better.
@Anti-Matter But I don't think this is intended as a budget option.
Would be useless for me. I moved on from physical ages ago.
This is really cool, but redundant when switch cases mostly already do this
@SwitchForce It was only a joke... not a very good one mind.
I did grow up in the 80's as it happens, and I'd love to hear more about how that has any relevance on the digital versus physical debate. I'm sure the music industry would love to hear about it too...
@angus_luissen Haha good shout!
I've been using the same carrying case for my Switch that was included in the Breath of the Wild Special Edition since launch. I really need to upgrade at some point lol
@Anti-Matter But they're really thick
@Spectrose that’s the trick with leather. The more u use it, the more it becomes shaped to the carts and thus easier to use. Mine works great 👍🏻
For the switch gamer who wants to be stylish. Very nice looking, but not something I myself would ever buy.
Looks super nice. Got two hori 24 slots plastic cases filled up and i need another one or two. These leather wallets looks much thinner and wont break with little pressure. I might have to order two of these.
@Radbot42 not if you take 24 games on the road. At least the Hori stores them securely.
I think the only one that’ll have a merry Christmas is the pickpocket.
What's this? Sleek and affordable?
Backlog Pouch XD
Loose every games you own with elegance and style
