I like when they add good narration to a game, hope this one lives up, never played the other versions.

What is a narrative-led tactical RPG, is it one of those RPGs that starts with a story then goes directly to battle than back to story again and repeats till the game is finished?

@Switch99 It's a habit smiles mischeviously and by skipping indie games I meant I skipped every indie game on Switch. Sry for not specifying but I didn't find any indie games worth the money and time...

This reminds me a little about the Diablo games. I'll support it when it arrives, I suspect I'll enjoy quite a bit.

I find myself constantly disagreeing with Pushsquare reviews, so that bodes well for this game. 😁

@Switch99 Not to mention FTL, Invisible. Inc., the Darkest Dungeon, Card Quest, Bionic Dues, Salt & Sanctuary, Deadcells and a bunch of others like it.
Granted, these are all more roguelikes than tactical RPGs, but still ... Banner Saga would be neat, too, although I've played it already and the replayability, while there, is not as unlimited as with the games I mentioned - hence I find Banner Saga a less enticing prospect in terms of double-dipping than these games.

These games I would absolutely buy on the Switch. Not just would ... unless the port is a mess, I'll definitely pick up Ironcast come Thursday. Played it a lot on PS4 already, but I could still go for more on occassion. Also, like the rest of these games, it's just so good, that I feel I'll kinda have to support their work ^^

Finally something that is not a multiplayer/party game! I might have to pick this one up. Plus I like the RPG and games that play like this. Now if anyone game Torchlight on the system I would be in heaven.

@Yasaal Your narrow viewpoint is noted and you are pitied by all. I half-kid here, but was that supposed to be some sort of a brag? I mean, as far as I can tell, it's your shortcoming that you are dropping in to announce. Which is fine, we all have our problems. Can we help you somehow? (Edit: I guess everyone can probably ignore this, I guess. You explained your post more above)

@Yasaal well then u are missing out on great games already: Snipperclipers, GEM, Thumbleseed, Shantae, Mighty Gunvolt Burst, Blaster Master Zero, Implosion, Kamiko just to name a few. But to each their own I guess.

I usually agree the more games the better but from now till December there are so many great games getting released on Nintendo Switch that after December I will be broke and too busy playing the titles I plan on getting to focus on anything new for awhile . Within just the next four months we got , Mario and Rabbids Kingdom Battle, Sonic Mania, Pokken Tournament DX, Rayman Legends Definitive Edition, Phantom Trigger, Sonic Forces, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Fire Emblem Warriors, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Sine More EX, Rime, EA Sports FIFA 18, Battle Chasers Nightwar, the title I'm most excited for Super Mario Oddessy and to many more to list they seem to be adding titles daily at this point ., Not to mention I just got Splatoon 2, Slime-San, Gonner, Thumper, Implosion, and Tummble Seed all of which are really great games . Nintendo has definitely started the Switch off with a bang with it's first year line up of awesome titles.

I forgot to mention in my comment that we have Axiom Verge Multiverse Edition releasing on Switch as well this October which I can't wait to pick up I've not played it yet and I'm psyched to give it a go ., Man there are so so many amazing titles headed to the Nintendo Switch this year.

@Ralek85 Great shout buddy. I'd be all over Darkest Dungeon, Invisible, Inc. and especially FTL: Faster Than Light should any of them ever grace the Switch eShop.

Come to think of it, the same goes for the utterly fabulous Guild of Dungeoneering. Though I understand that would require a bespoke engine, built from the ground up, if it were ever to make its way from PC to console. But if the demand is there... I guess you never know, right?

Finally, have you seen Into the Breach yet? It's the next game from Subset Games (FTL) and it's looking mightily fine!

@Switch99 I'm excited for In the Breach, and given it's strong Advance-Wars-vibe, I'd absolutely love to see it on the Switch. I'm not sure what the chances are, with Subset Games being so ... selective apparently. I mean FTL is basically only on 'PCs' (no matter the OS though) and iOS. It's not even on Android or current-gen home consoles.

If either of their games were to make it's way to the Switch, I'd definitely pick up though. Sames goes for Invisible Inc. and certainly Klei's next game Grift Lands as well. Hell, I'd love to see all of their game on the Switch. Mark of the Ninja for instance was also utterly fantastic.

@Ralek85 Mark of the Ninja was so rad! And speaking of Klei, it'd be utterly criminal if they don't bring Don't Starve Together to Switch... right?

@Switch99 Haha Well, yeah, in a way it would be. On the other hand, it's a pecular game, even for Klei - not bad, just really peculiar, and also actually quite harsh, quite often. To be honest, it didn't click with me nearly as well as Mark of the Ninja and certainly not as well as Invisible Inc.

Having said that, I did play a couple of 'worlds' with a friend in co-op on Steam, and that was a pretty cool experience. I think having a Switch version featuring an additional couch co-op and local co-op (hopefully in addition to, not instead of online ... ^^) could be really amazing. Might be enough to make me want to double-dip even on my not-quite-favourite-Klei game!
