Following the welcome news that Atlus is localising Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth, Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology And Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux in North America, publisher Deep Silver has confirmed that it will be bringing the trio of titles to European shores.
It has also revealed that all three games will be getting physical as well as digital releases, and that release windows will closely mirror those in the US - Etrian Odyssey V will be coming before the end of the year, for example.
This is certainly good news for European RPG fans - and it will give the 3DS a much-needed boost in that region during 2017 and early 2018.
Will you be investing in this trio of games? Will you be picking up physical versions, or digital? As ever, we'd like to know - so leave a comment.

Deep Silver is the best thing that happened for Atlus fans in Europe in a looong time.
Nintendo should just unlock the 3ds. It was stupid to lock in the first place
Probably grab Radiant Historia as we never got the original in Europe. Strange Journey might be worth a punt too, but Etrian Odyssey is getting kinda stale for me. Persona Q was different enough to hold my interest but overall it's just too repetitive of a series.
That's excellent.
How about Dead Island for Switch, I would love to kill some time on the go.
Glad to see you guys not getting screwed with Atlus releases not named Persona, for once.
Oh. I had my US 3DS all ready to go, but I suppose this suits me just as well. Happy for my fellow europeans too cus it would've been kinda sucky to miss out on these.
This is great news from me, I'm probably going to buy all three of these, Etrian Odyssey is a must, SMT is almost definitely, Radian Historia a strong maybe. I am so psyched that EOV is coming out
That's great for you guys. I hope you enjoy.
I'll have to buy Radiant Historia, it's always been on my watch list for the DS but never got around to buying it. I might give the SMT game a go too. Never played one before, but enjoying Tokyo Mirage Sessions. I might give the translated one from the Super Famicom a go too to see what it's all about. I like how old school it looks on the SFC.
I may as well just give them my bank account details...
PAL and retail? YAS! i'm officialy in.
Hooray! If we're in the last days of the 3DS line, this trio will make for a nice farewell indeed!
So glad that Europe isn't going to be waiting years after the US release for them. I'll probably grab Etrian Odyssey V, dunno about the other two games.
YES. Thank you, Deep Silver, for giving a damn and being good at what you do.
Thank you Deep Silver for Releasing Strange Journey physically here.
I'll be buying all 3 day 1 since I have a feeling they'll shoot up in price soon after.
@Dakt So many great games but not enough time to play them.
Wow I dodged a bullet there. I almost bought Radiant Historia last week but decided to pick it up later. Now I'm glad I waited. I'll be waiting impatiently for a release date.
Still own my first print of the North American release of Radiant Historia (that came with a Mini-CD soundtrack). Will pick the remake when it comes to Europe since the 3DS is region locked.
I have both radiant historia in strange Journey but haven't played either one. My time has been spent with the Fire Emblem games for the past year. So now I guess I'll have to buy the two new ones.
So far for me the 3ds has a better line up than switch, I much prefer Japanese games and the ones coming to switch, I already have most of them on vita, like umbral star, one piece world red
Woho!
