The Jackbox Party Pack 3 is coming to the Nintendo Switch eShop on April 13th.
We know this because it's now listed as "coming soon" on the Australian eShop with a price of $32.27AUD. The pack itself contains the games Quiplash 2, Trivia Murder Party, Guesspionage, Tee K.O. and Fakin' it.
The game is already available on Steam - the trailer for that version is shown above. Let us know if you'll be investing in this one when it eventually goes live on the eShop.

Insane! It must be fun at a party...
It'll be €23.99/£20.03 here in Europe. Same date as Australia.
Trivia Murder Party is one of the greatest party games ever. QuipLash always brings huge laughs. Tee KO is super fun with a large group of diverse artsy and not so artsy folks.
Not sure what I just watched, don't know about the game been insane but the bloody video was for sure
sigh Yet another ~AU$30 digital-only game...
If Has-Been Heroes can get a $40 (hell, $50) physical release, then why can't others? I'll consider waiting for a generous discount unless this turns out to be ridiculously good.
the heck did I just watch?
I have played the first two packs and can't wait for Pack 3 on the Switch! Seriously one of the best party games around! It's something you need to play with friends to really understand what's so fun about it.
I hope they also do the first two packs as well.
I've heard great great things about the original Jackbox. I'd love to get this for the Switch, but just like in 1-2's case... I need some friends who don't live over 100 miles away from me.
If this isn't proof that it's easy to port for Switch I don't know what is.
I'm glad stuff like this is coming to Switch...while it can be called "casual" and other pejoratives, I call it variety.
I just picked up Jeopardy for Wii U for a few bucks, and it's one of the few games I can get my non-gamer family members to actually participate in!
Over the decades these games have proven time and time again that I really don't know Jack!
"Raise your hand if you've farted since this game started"
Well....that sold me. These look hilarious!
And I just bought it for 7.50 on my ps4.
@Action51 : I would have bought those launch-period game show games if not for the Wii U's stupid region lock (they were never released outside of the U.S.). I hope that licensed game show games hit the Switch at some point. I know they're lame, and many of them are unpolished, but they're nice to have in a group environment.
The one time I played a Jackbox game everyone needed a smartphone, is that true for this version as well? I have a smartphone but I know people who don't (yes shocking I know) that come to my game nights.
@ShadJV Yes, on PS4 at least you play multiplayer with smartphones.
PS4 also has the first collection, which has You Don't Know Jack! That's a huge omission here.
I'm sorry but that was amazingly hilarious lol
What? It's not April 1st yet.
I coincidentally tried Jackbox 1 and 2 with some friends a couple weeks ago and had tons of fun, and after playing I wished it was available on a Nintendo console. This is great news, as far as I'm concerned.
@ShadJV — You don't have to use smartphones. You can use any device that has a decent web broswer, since you're really just going to a website and typing in a room code. So if you have available tablets or PC/laptops, you can play that on the same network.
That's how our young son plays with us, since he doesn't have his own phone.
Also, I'm sorry this may make me sound like an out-of-touch rich person. Don't have smartphones? Maybe you have expensive tablets instead?
wish they would release the first one again, or a triple pack only game in this bundle im gonna like for sure is quiplash 2 that game is a blast
@Almighty-Koz I was thinking the same thing. Granted, I did thoroughly enjoy most of 3 when playing it on my friend's PS4. One can hope
I don't have any friends and I can't stand family right now. Plus I don't stream. This will be a pass for me
I have not much to say except YEEEEEEESSS!!!!
I might pick this up, I quite enjoy crashing twitch streams and trying to offend the host.
Have 2 and 3 on steam, will be re-purchasing on switch because it's that good.
That UK price is not good for my OCD.
@SmaMan Jackbox can be played if one person is streaming it; it's designed for streams.
Re-purchasing this for the portability aspect of the switch, and so that my roommates can play this themselves even if I'm too busy with schoolwork on my laptop
@Action51 Not exactly proof, this game isn't hardware intensive or anything. I'm not saying otherwise; I love my switch and it seems like it'd be easy to port to. However, this isn't exactly proof. Other than the fact that the game is controlled wkth your phone. Which is impressive.
This series is my favorite party game series since the early days of Mario Party. There is so much laugh-out-loud fun to be had here that if you dismiss this as a casual game with no merit, you are doing yourself a huge disservice.
