People actually want a Pokemon Z after how bad X and Y was?

@briwipdx Volcanion still hasn't been officially revealed yet. Currently the only way to get one is from hacking the game.

@mjc0961 what are you talking about? Almost no one thinks X and Y are bad, and lots of people want a Z.

I really hope it's Pokemon Z, (not that it could be anything else) I wanna see the rest of the Kalos region. And who knows maybe we'll finally get that key to the Kalos Power Plant allowing us to get to Volcanion.

...I'm gonna laugh if it ends up being something like a Pinball game...or something. xD

So, Story of Seasons is finally arriving in Europe on January, 8th and apparently no one cares. I even wrote an e-mail yesterday to NL and they didn't even bring a news.
We can forget about the Popolocrois crossover, if not even the main series manages to cause some buzz. -.-

The wait for the Smash direct is unbearable.

Pokemon XZ and YZ a sequel like BW2 and including Hoen Region, yeah guys you heard here first.

I really like my Pokemon Y and I played a ton of Ds Pokemon games, so I can't deny that the improvements on the 3Ds are great, but I'm not a huge fan of the new generation Pokemon... They don't have the same grace that the Kanto, Johto and Hoenn Pokemon have in my opinion, so I'm hoping for a totally new Pokemon game. We already have a lot of remakes, OR&AS and etc., I wanna see new Pokemon , have new places to explore, I think I'm the only one who wants a new region :/

XY was not bad it just lacked post-game and other stuff, ORAS got the Battle Frontier removed because of casual people playing only 30min per day.

Is anyone still hoping for Battle Frontier DLC for ORAS?

What if the new games are Pokemon Delta Emerald and Pokemon Z(sold as a set of games) and could involve plots that intertwine with each other? Eh?

XY aren't bad games, they just are tad easy and lack a lot of post game content.

Though people have told me that Gen V are the worst, while others have told me Gen IV are the worst.
People still hate Gen III as well.

I think it's seriously time to go to the next level with Pokemon. What that level is i don't really know I would leave that to Dev's. I'm not a Pokemon guy but it seems to me the games are an awful lot alike. Wouldn't it be time to make them different?

I think it might be a completly new region. Remember in pokemon X and Y theirs a trainer in a hotel that says Kalos is nice but his home region was better. and that his region wasnt, Kanto, Johto, Hoen, Sinnoh, Univa, and ofcourse not Kalos. So where did he come from. And if Diance was from X And Y. and Hoopa was from O Ruby and A saphire. Then what about the third leaked legendary pokemon. The fire/Water type? Could this be a new region already?

It would probably be Pokemon Z1 and Z2 since there's 2 different colored Zygarde Cores apparently.

Hopefully it's Gen 7. X & Y we're so mediocre I really couldn't care less about a third version.

If it's Pokémon Z, I'd really love to see an expansion to Gen 6. Honestly, my main complaint with XY was that Gen 6 had only about 70 new Pokémon and there were so many Pokémon from older generations. Not to say I'd have a problem with the Pokémon that are in Gen 6 or having Pokémon from older generations in the new games, I just wished that there more new ones and less old ones (or rather save a majority of old Pokémon for post-game content).

But with Gen 7 looming in the distance, I don't think it's very likely that my wish comes true. Oh well, sure hope Gen 7 has 120+ new Pokémon!

@mjc0961 XY were great. I don't like them as much as I do B2W2 but I liked them just fine. Especially with the now more prominent Online features. It's always been such a hassle for me to go to a Pokémon Center just so I can hope to find somebody to fight with. Now, I can be online throughout the whole experience and it made me actually care about trading/battling online.

I really hope they add more customization in the new game!

@Fandabidozi - Have you played Diamond/Pearl/Platinum or at least Gen 2?

A lot of people in the hardcore Pokemon communities hate X and Y, but they definitely do not represent the majority and aren't worth paying attention to. For most everyone else, X and Y were great. There's not much to complain about in them, unless all you care about is the metagame and hardcore challenging content. Even then it basically comes down to "no battle frontier".

I'm not getting hyped up for this reveal though, especially as it's coming around the same time we'd normally expect news on the next movie. If there is a reveal for a new game, it'll be on the English Twitter/Facebook/Pokemon sites before the magazine is out anyway.

Something as big as a new main series pokemon game is likely not going to be announced in a magazine. They'd have done it in a direct. Odds are its about volcarion release details.

@Highwinter Define hardcore, because as a competitive player, X and Y are objectively the best games because of how the online battling process was improved so much.

@Frank90 Uhm, but that's how it is with every main game (BW/BW2) not when talking about a region from the remaked games.
