Following news of a delayed European release, and the inclusion of Toadette, there have been few developments leading into the release of Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker for Wii U. So, to make the wait slightly less painful, Nintendo has updated its Japanese YouTube channel for the game with three new commercials.
One of them is delivered in the form of a 10 minute play through, whilst the other two are short 30 second clips. View them below, and let us know if you spot anything of significance.
While you’re at it, take a look at some of these brand new commercials from Nintendo of America promoting the 3DS game line, including Mario Kart 7 and Yoshi's New Island.
Let us know in the comments which games you think Nintendo should be prioritising for advertising leading into the holiday season.

Eh, the NA commercials are just silly compared to the Japanese commercials...
Wow, the level designs are really good! I was genuinely surprised at how complex some actually get despite a very simple gimmick.
Also, that mushroom skull is creepy!
Would have been a lovely game to play on Christmas...
@Rargh Looking forward to dreary January...
The commercials are so kawaii~
Now that NoE moved Smash Bros. to November, they have NOTHING in December. So I really hope they move Captain Toad to December.
Those Nintentdo 3DS commercials are bad. No Pokemon? Whats bigger than Pokemon? No Zelda:LBW or SMB3DL or SMB2? Dont need both Tomodachi and ACNL.
Worst part - pushing the old system now and the new ones are probably only months away. Why even bother, spend the money on Wii U ads, save the handheld budget until the new 3DS releases.
GOtY to me. Oh wait, it'll be released on January on EU. I hope they will announce tonight that they'll release it December instead.
Is it December yet? IS IT DECEMBER YET?
The more I see of Captain Toad the more I like it.
As much as I want Captain Toad, I will skip the 10 min. video. It is just a month away for us now.
What a greedy mom, Hogs the gamepad from her child!
I'm avoiding any new footage because I don't want spoilers lol. However, that Captain Toad plushie, take my money!
That first commercial. Two adorable people playing a game with an adorable character as lead. It's almost too much. Super cute. It's almost an ad for video games in general.
Kawaii.
Ok, I know that was embarrassing of me just falling over like that from the 30 second commercial but I just can't help but crack a smile. Maybe I can brave this venture after all. (BRING IT ON!!!)
Oh and Yoshi's New Island, go away please, no one likes you.
I'm so glad they're making this game! Such clever level design! A very big, fleshed out puzzle game! NINTENDO! YOU'RE FULL OF GENIUSES!
That game looks like another dud in the way.
Seriously, besides fanboys, who would find this game interesting, appealing....fun? is nothing but puzzle solving.
Pass.
@minotaurgamer Actually, these levels were one of my favorite parts of 3D World. I just wanted more of them.
Looks fantastic
This game charmed my pants right off last E3 (...I was immediately escorted off site, of course).
@minotaurgamer Fans of puzzle games perhaps? Different genres appeal to different people. Personally, I love puzzle games so games like this and Pushmo make me really happy.
