More Pokémon news follows Pokémon Scramble U and the revealing of Ninfia, as Pokémon TV has launched on iOS and Android devices.
The app allows you to watch full episodes of the Pokémon TV show, as well as special features and trailers for the upcoming Pokémon movie releases. You can keep up to date with all the latest episodes, as the app is updated each week.
This app would be perfect for the Wii U and 3DS, so we'd like to think it'd arrive in the near future. Let us know your thoughts on this.

This is good Pokemon fans
Just cancel the series already and make a new one like the trailer of black and white 2. I don't want an app where I can see ash lose another pokemon league.
Worth noting that you can see the same episodes on the official Pokemon website here.
Surprised they didn't do this for 3DS first. It would make such good sense and is probably coming soon.
I hope it comes to Wii U and 3DS.
Looks.. normal?
The Wii (in Europe) had a channel for Kirby, so why not?
@arrmixer if ur nintendo fan u got to be a pokémon fan:D
i hope i comes out for wii, wii u, and 3ds
It will save my daughter browsing YouTube for them I guess...
if this was on wii u, i would pay for it
even if I can get all the episodes free from teh interwebs
also I don't have either of those devices
It's ironic. A company mostly owned (2/3) by Nintendo releasing an app for phones. Where's all the unnecessary fanboy rage?
I've been hating on Pokémon the "cartoon" for putting shame on the real hardcore of the core Pokémon games, but I can't help being excited about this as if I was that kid from back in 90s. (And I don't even own any Android or iPhone/iPod Touch.)
It shouldn't just say latest episodes, there's episodes all the way back to Kanto when the show was actually good.
this is good for me.....another interesting fact that this is apparently from feb 15-18th you can watch Kyruem VS the Sword of Justice according to IGN. Also on Feb 15th can watch the short Meloetta's Moonlight Serenade.
So I no longer need to watch episodes on Anime44. This is good.
I want Japanese with English subs.
But this is still great.
It's on my iPhone, will I ever fully use it? I don't know but I am glad it's here.
@SanderEvers I just don't get the idea that he starts anew on each region, then trains like hell, then he learns new techniques, then he gets all the badges and gets the know all the big shots of each region and finally reaches the league just to be pulverized by another noob. KIDS!!!! THE LESSON HERE IS: IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU DO YOUR BEST, YOU'LL STILL LOSE ETERNALLY!!!!
I got it just now (^_^) It's sad that it probably can't show the Norwegian dubbed versions, because the English dubbing isn't as good. I love the Pokémon anime, I guess it's the only TV series that has been important to me. You don't come by those kind of TV series every day, at least not the ones that stay with you long enough to actually make your life better.
@NFreak007 That section of the website was simply reformatted into a mobile application. Good for if you're on the go. The app constantly loads on my old EVO but works like butter on my iPod touch 4G.
@FOURSIDE_BOY You think thats bad try watching the Sinnoh league arch where he actually gets good only to loose to a random guy's Latios....then become a noob again next season.
This would be nice for a blast of nostalgia now and then, if it was available on the Amazon app store that is.
Blah, even more Nintendo stuff on ios and Android! Not good!!
@Zombie_Barioth Yeah, I saw that one, my gf showed me that episode, he was against some weirdo with a darkrai and a latios; I think darkrai pulverized 4 of his pokemon and latios the remaining 2, and the weirdo still had 4 to go. I just don't get why ash doesn't capture any legendary pokemon, HELL even in the manga red not only won the kanto league and became champion, he also faced mewtwo and destroyed him.
@FOURSIDE_BOY I just chalk it up to some sort of ideologyof his, and they rarely encounter them in outside the movies. I'm more bothered by how they just had some random guy come out of nowhere just for a cheap excuse for him to move on, as if winning even one league means he needs to quite his goal. Its not like they'll even bother to use that battle as a plot-point.
At the very least they could quite turning him back into a noob every season, it didn't exactly ruin the Jhoto arc and it doesn't make the series better for new fans either.
iOS?!! What the hell, this app should be on 3ds, Wii U and even on the Wii for crying out loud.
@Zombie_Barioth Another problem that I saw while reading the manga is that red is autosufficient and doesn't need companions all the time, also he captures a lot of the pokemon he sees, giving him a great versatility on his team and in-depth on his personality; while ash captures a pokemon every 30 or 40 episodes and needs the help of his companions almost all the time. I agree with you, winning a league isn't an endpoint, it would give ash more perspective and ability, but no, every season he's a noob losing to random guys at the leagues, go figure.
