Nintendo has just released the first 3D trailer of Mutant Mudds on the 3DS eShop, so those who've wanted to see how the game looks in 3D, here's your chance.
It's a short clip from the first world, but you can see how the different layers look with the 3D depth. You can find the clip in the "Coming Soon to Nintendo eShop" section.
We're playing away at the game now and will have a full preview of the game up on 1st December, so stay tuned. Until then you can check out the group of brand new screenshots we just put up on the Mutant Mudds game page.

I noticed that the game looked very confusing with the 3D off but made perfect sense with the 3D on. Like Mario 3D. That's the way I like it. Take advantage of what currently makes the 3DS stand out.
The game looks beautiful in 3D. Renegade Kid has done a great job taking advantage of the visual effects.
Not on UK/EU eShop yet but looking forward to the game and hope to see the video next week (along with Zen Pinball 3D). Really enjoying the 3D 2D games coming to 3DS so far (this game, Mighty Switch Force, Cave Story and Sonic Generations) but cannot wait for Shantae!
Meh, I don't think I'll buy this. It just looks, well, boring.
I had little interest in this game, but that trailer in 3D made this a must buy. The use of 3D is just perfect and that's why I want more "2D games in 3D" for 3DS.
Wish it would have been there yesternight.
I think this game really benefits from being seen in unstretched size and with 3D.
Dont see why everyone is so excited for this one. Looks like a standard platformer with at times sub-par graphics (why is the gamehero less detailed than everything else - and furthermore why is he so boring?).

@9: Aren't you the owner of Regenade Kid, and didn't you come up with the game? If so, I must say you did a nice job with it, also a nice job with the 3D! I'll definitely getting this when it's released!
@Thwiidscube Yes, I am the co-founder of Renegade Kid. Mutant Mudds is my baby. It has been a wonderul project to work on, despite the results being sub-par and boring to some. Thanks for the kind words, Thwiidscube. You checked out the 3D trailer on eShop yet?
it reminds me of mario sunshine. i read the nintendo power review on it and i wanted it the instand it looked 16 bit. mabye even 8 bit.
@Classicgamer I like to call it 12-bit.
He looks like Jeff from EarthBound/Mother 2.
