Review Lost Sphear (Switch eShop)
Lost and found
By this point in time, JRPGs have come quite a long way since their humble beginnings, and it seems like every new release is trying to find a way to reinvent the wheel once more with a flashy new battle system or premise. Even so, there’s a certain kind of charm to the relative simplicity of early JRPGs, and that’s what Tokyo RPG...

Big releases are on the way
Square Enix is one of those third party companies that’s been a little more hesitant in its support of the Nintendo Switch. The company most notably brought I Am Setsuna and Lost Sphear—two low-budget, retro-inspired JRPGS—and is prepping to release the heavily anticipated Octopath Traveler. Apart form that, things...

Looks good
@SHULZ021 Sure does.
Scored 6.7 by IGN. I'd say that was expected.
As was the case with "I Am Setsuna" Tokyo RPG Factory proves they are still too green to break through with something really interesting.
Game is good and story is good, but way too many mechanics. You can ignore the majority of upgrades once you have worked out your way of playing
Meh, looks like yet another I Am Setsuna pile of garbage. Can we get a AAA team on a game outside of Project Octapath. Who cares if we get more RPGs if they are mediocre trash.
