With all due respect to Star Fox, Sin and Punishment is 9000x cooler. (but if anybody's going to be making a Star Fox game, it really should be these guys)

Coming from the one guy in this thread who says he hasn't even played the series, that means almost nothing. Not that I care, just seems like an odd comment. The story is utter nonsense. There's really nothing cool about the universe, at all. If you mean gameplay, sure... that's sort of why I just said they should do it.

Even for a Japanese game the story seems extremely convoluted.

At least Star Fox has goofiness on its side. Sure, the story is simplistic and ridiculous, but it's also starring talking animals, so who cares? S&P is earnest in its ambition to tell us... something. I have no idea what, but something. Makes the Metal Gear Solid games seem like straightforward bedtime stories in comparison.

I agree and IMO I think Treasure could pull it off wonderfully.

I kind of want it. The gameplay looks a little weird.

I think this difficulty curve is very steep in S&P2 according to hands ons. Hugely hardcore.

I've been saying this for years now! Treasure should have been Nintendo's very first pick, but nooo...
