Topic: Question about Wii NES Ice Hockey

Does anyone know if Wii NES Ice Hockey is (or will become) compatible with Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. I would love to play this on line against some friends.

In theory it could be, there are techniques that could be used to make any multiplayer game on VC online compatible without actually touching the game code... But since that would require Nintendo to do work, it won't happen...

As fun as the game is, I'm not sure how possible it is. Well, it could happen, but I don't feel that's the case anytime soon.

You do realize that Nintendo doesn't change games from there original aspect in most cases. So no, it's not happening.

Nintendo could announce Virtual Console Wi-Fi anytime, but I doubt it will be very soon.

It would be amazing if Nintendo DID announce VC Wi-Fi play... and it shouldn't be that difficult to implement if they really wanted to... But I doubt it will ever happen. Frankly, unless voice chat was implemented at the same time I can't say that I care that much.
