Topic: Craving Castlevania Bloodlines Big Time...

Doesn't watching this video make you long for Bloodlines on Virtual Console? Such great music.

Don't forget Contra Hard Corps (or the original Contra for that matter)... Konami could be doing a better job.

Bloodlines is pretty cool, but I find it a bit overrated. Not as good as Castlevania IV or Rondo of Blood.

Yay! Finally some replies. I fully agree that it isn't as good as IV or Rondo, but I still love it. There's no excuse for it not being on VC by now. I've been waiting for it for 4 years.

Contra Hard Corps and Contra 1 are sorely missed as well. Konami definitely needs to get with it. They haven't released squat on VC in a LONG time.

you would think that konami would use the contra rebirth and castlevania rebirth as a launching pad for other contra/castlevania titles.

One of the few Castlevanias I have never played mainly cause when it came out for Genesis whenever I went to the video store to rent it, it was always rented out. I need to find this one as well as the DS sequel Portrait of Ruin.

It's one of the best in the series. I'm starting to wonder if it'll ever hit VC. Releases have slowed down to a crawl and Konami hasn't shown much support for Genesis games. Are there even any on VC? If it ever does get added I'll be sure to get it. At least we finally got Rondo in America.

As am I. Still got 800 points reserved for it in case in comes out around Halloween time. If it doesn't come out by December I may just eBay a Genesis cart and say screw it to the VC version.

The fact that it's got three difficulty settings (from what I've looked up) and has got great music (from what I've heard) has me really intrigued.

Yes please, Konami. Bring this game to Virtual Console. Rondo of Blood wasn't hard to put on VC, so why shouldn't Bloodlines? VC is needing some solid support.

Meh, the little I've played of it left me cold . . . which is not to say this isn't a day-one download for me, 'cause it's Castlevania, f'crissakes.
