Just downloaded Metroid Other M thanks to a my.nintendo discount. Still downloading so I haven’t played it yet. NintendoLife gave it a 9/10 so you can’t go wrong with their recommendation of another amazing Metroid game.
Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.
I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!
If you're not a big metroid fan, meaning that you don't know very well the saga then you could enjoy the game.
But if you know the stories, the lore, the gameplays etc... then it's the worst of all...
I personally give a 5/10. Ow and another stuff, do not judge the game only on it's 1st level because after the first one, you're gonna start to understand what happend during the development of the game... it's obvious... :/
Bought Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World. It's my preferred version of Super Mario World because you can play as Luigi. I would recommend it to everyone
Enter to Wii shop in Wii mode and download all Square Enix RPG´s: Chrono Trigger, FF I, III, IV, Secret of Mana. All Sega Shining franchise. They never will be on Wii U eshop but you can play them in your Wii U in Wii mode.

Lords of Thunder. I hope it’s been mentioned already.
I’m so sad it’s not on Switch by now. But then emulator quality has been supremely hit and miss on Switch so maybe it’s for the best if they don’t put in the effort, which few are on this platform
retro game store near me is selling used black Wii U's for pretty cheap, I was thinking of getting one to preserve the Eshop games since I never owned a Wii U, would you guys say its worth it?
@retroman64 If you're interested in it I'd say it's probably worth it. As well as Virtual Console there are some Wii U games that are built around the GamePad (and Wii Remotes in some cases) so they'll most likely never come to the Switch, or if they do they'll be missing some of the appeal.
@Dogorilla what games would you recommend? Because I pretty much own all the Wii U ports on Switch with the exception of the two Zelda remasters which I assume will come out eventually.
@retroman64 The best Wii U exclusives that come to mind are Nintendo Land, Game & Wario, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Affordable Space Adventures, Star Fox Zero, Star Fox Guard, Paper Mario Color Splash, Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, Wii Party U, Wii Fit U, Mario Party 10, and the NES Remix games. (I haven't played all of these yet myself but I've heard good things about the ones I don't have.) Of these, I think Xenoblade X, Paper Mario and NES Remix are the only ones with a decent chance of coming to the Switch, but there's no guarantee that will happen any time soon (especially for Xenoblade as it's an enormous game and a new entry in the series is coming to Switch this year).
Also, if you're into Splatoon, Smash Bros or Mario Maker, it might be worth picking up their Wii U entries as they have some content that's not in the Switch versions. See also Nintendo Life's best Wii U games list (which admittedly includes a lot of games that are now on Switch) and best eShop exclusives list (which excludes games with Switch ports).
