Btw, Trademark law doesn't give any protection for a generic U strapped to an app. In fact, it explicitly excludes such marks. Nintendo has no problem here.

Just use Extreme's "Play with me" with gameplay scenes from all kinds of genres and you've got a guaranteed winner.
