@IceClimbers: Basically what I was thinking. That and Toon Link being in thw background of Spirit Tracks didn't stop him from being playable. Would just mean Waluigi couldn't show up as an assist if he's already being played. A more legit reason as to why he won't be DLC is because it appears that Sakurai doesn't want him in. Remember this? "Just because you try really hard doesn't mean you'll make it in."

@UGXwolf: In my opinion, Waluigi's de-confirmation (in the main game) was the cruelest just becase of that little message Sakurai added.

Just...change his freakin Final Smash, lol. But yeah I loved Wolf, mostly because of his claws...also his howling taunt. lol

@Gridatttack: It don't matter what damage the player is at or what character it is, if you are close enough to the death line and you get hit and can't stop the force of being flung, you will die, most light attacks will cause the play to fly at the screen or at the background, heavy smash attacks make the big explosion.

So apparently he hit Sonic with his up B as Sonic was heading above the blast line. If Mario doesn't really connect with his up B, doesn't it normally do at least some damage though?

For a move that does less than 1 damage, it has a strong knockback, perhaps so it connects with all the hits.

Its sorta how Roy could kill jigglypuff at one hit with his reverse up b.
