Shopto sale has started, and there are some bargains to be had for Wii U.

Darksiders 2 - £24.85
Batman Arkham City - £24.85
Tekken - £24.85

There are more on the site, but i think i will have to get the above three while there at that price!

If you want to save a bit more money go here http://www.graingergames.co.uk/price-match/ get them to price match shopto. They will beat it by £1 and give you a 10% off code for any pre owned game.

No I don't think so. I'm pretty sure games are region locked.
