Topic: Rumor: Yoshi's Wooly World coming in May

We already know that Yoshi's new adventure will be released in the first half of 2015, without any exact date provided by Nintendo itself. But today, while I was buying Majora's Mask 3D I asked when they'd get Kirby and the Rainbow Course and the owner told me both dates...

... According to him, Yoshi's Wooly World is set to be released in May later this year. I know it's not big news but I wanted to share it with you guys.

So, what do you think about it? Splatoon and Yoshi's Wooly World on the same month? Did Nintendo just went bananas or do you think they have enough games to cover each month?

Ummm... I think its coming late June. May really IS Splatoon's month.

I own a Wii U and 3DS. I also own a PS4!

I don't think Yoshi is releasing in May. Nintendo likes to space out the releases, and Splatoon is already slated for May. I think Yoshi will come in June after E3 and Mario Maker in July, with Xenoblade in August, Devil's Third in September, Star Fox in late October and Zelda U in late November.

Psalms 22:16 (1,000 yrs before Christ)
They pierced My hands and feet
Isaiah 53:5 (700 yrs before Christ)
He was pierced for our transgressions
Zachariah 12:10 (500 yrs before Christ)
They will look on Me whom they pierced

I feel you are not far wrong with those predictions and that will certainly bring a busy second half to the year! Although, I would love Yoshi's Wooly World to appear around April time........wishful thinking, maybe.

That wouldn't be any more strange than the current Wii U schedule for Nintendo of Europe (=not releasing anything for 2 months and then 2 Wii U games arriving on the same date in March).

Just because we are supposed to get around 12+ games this year, doesn't mean they'll release exactly one game every month. It has happened plenty of times before that two Nintendo games released within the same month, or even on the exact same date.

Only Mario Party 10 is coming in March. Mario vs DK is just a small eshop title like NES Remix.

Pretty much.

Splatoon could be early May and Yoshi could be late May for all we know.

I'm not sure about May - after all, there will also be Mario Kart DLC part 2

I think Yoshi will be in either April, or June. Personally I'm hoping for June, so that I can save up my money after buying Splatoon.

I really want to see some more on Wolly World we have not seen anything since last E3, I don't know why Nintendo are not showing it off more if it is only a couple of months away. It does seem like either an April or June release is realistic though.

I couldn't help but smile reading this post. It's heart-warming to realize that Nintendo pretty much has everything it needs to prevent another retail game drought on Wii U this year.

Devil's Third seems to be completely developed by now, I wouldn't be shocked if the official box art pops up out of nowhere in the next weeks/months. Yoshi I hope will be releasing in April... It makes too much sense. But June is fine for most people too I suppose, as long as they start giving out more details on the game!

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, but then I remembered that we'll get the DLC pack 2 of MK8 in May too. Maybe Nintendo just have too many games to launch this year... Hopefully

Yoshi is going to be pushed to November causing Xenoblade to be pushed up into October and Zelda into September cause Yoshi is more important than those other two games and needs to be released at that point for the major sales boost Nintendo will get from it for the holidays

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...
