Probably not Zelda U. Heck, when they reveal Zelda U, it needs to be just as epic as this:
I'm expecting release dates for Fire Emblem, Luigi's Mansion, and those other games with TBD release dates.
They should talk about MiiVerse on the 3DS too.

WHY would Nintendo do this?!?!?!?!?! The holidays are coming up, so if they announce any new software, it would cause the buyers to wait for the software to come out so they can buy the hardware along with it. Maybe it is just more info on Wii U features for the more clueless Nintendo fans.
I'm hoping for some news on New Super Mario Bros. U in terms of DLC.
I also hope to hear about another eShop promotion. That seems to be some sort of habit after the release of a large Nintendo Direct stream.
There have recently been Nintendo Directs on Animal Crossing, an announcement for new Art Academy, New SMB 2 DLC, Confirmation of Layton and Fire Emblem outside of Japan, the 3DS XL, the Smash Bros Dev team...

According to Nintendojo & Nintendo World Report, Square Enix just trademarked the game name "All The Bravest", as well as grabbed up some related domain names, on November 29th.
Although strictly rumor, it's speculated this might be related to a western release of Bravely Default: Flying Fairy.
Of course, on the off chance this is true, there's no guarantee that it'd be a subject in tomorrow's ND, but It'd be cool to see.
Keeping my expectations in check, I'm just hoping for a Fire Emblem: Awakening release date.
Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)
So they just updated BOTH WiiU, and 3DS, also the wii shop was gone for the day weird

There's no guarantee that Nintendo's going to announce new software. There are plenty of games that need release dates; perhaps the release dates will be during the holidays... that's why Nintendo would do this.

Well, it better be some COD BO2 DLC at least, Wii U hasn't had any DLC for that game yet, and Xbox/PS have had DLC since day one. I've been playing the same 6 battle areas for over 2 weeks! Ahhhhhhh!...
Well, they expect you to pay an extra $50 if your 'hardcore' for the elite pass that gives you all the maps for a year from all the COD games, but it's stupid. I plan on getting DLC, because it's my first COD game and I want to enhance it for sure, but I can't imagine how painful it was for people buying all the DLC packs since Modern Warfare 1 for probably $60 every year extra besides the game. That's kind of why I haven't played any of them 'til now, and not seeing the hype for a new game that's basically the same every 6-12 months. They should have just made all the features in the game DLC, and let you choose what you want to buy from there individually, or buy it all as a bundle... I know some people only play that game online.
I don't want to be the spoil sport on this, but Japan is suppose to have TVii on day 1. That's three days. I imagine the vast majority of the Wii U presentation will be that along with numbers and fixes. You may get an eShop game, but that is probably it. I imagine the 3DS news will enforce release dates for Animal Crossing and maybe a few others.
The only reason they may have an outside possibility of big game announcements is to jump in front of the VGAs on Friday, but Nintendo doesn't usually concern itself with getting into that kind of hype.
