I heard somewhere that you could turn off graphic content in COD Black Ops 2. I told this to my parents and they said if I could do it on the Wii U version that I could get it. So can you do it on the Wii U and if so, how?

Neh... You can edit out controversial scenes, but not that stuff.

No. You can only alter a certain graphic scene in the beginning of the game, if I recall correctly.

Nope, I can recall Modern Warfare 2, Modern Warfare 3 and Blops II having the option to disable a graphic scene. I believe WaW had the option to turn off gore so you couldn't blow peoples limbs off, but it didn't remove any cutscenes.

Just tell them you can do it (even though you can't) and get the game. Or seek legal counsel and get emancipated.

^^Don't do that.

Y'know, this is why developers shouldn't put so much swearing and stuff in their games. They would obviously sell more copies if they at least have an option to turn off swear words and gore. They used put those options in games, too. It's pretty stupid how they stopped.

I like makin' games!
Future Pinball games!
Petit Computer games!!
and SmileBASIC games!
Waiting for Kirby Air Ride 2. One day, it will come. One day...

This is why Nintendo should make a Nintendo FPS. All the thrill of killing anonymously on the internet without the realistic depiction of violence.

I only posted this to get my avatar as the forum's thumbnail.

If you're mature enough to shoot people in the head, you should be mature enough to hear some people cussing. In my opinion of course.

I checked online and it should have a language/gore filter. I would reccomend getting someone who's played the game for a quality (or just double-checking) though. I know the first one did.

You: "Mom, watch this! I've been practicing and can now land 12 head shots in a minute! Wooo, I just killed everyone within 300 yards of me."

Mom: "Great, honey! Wait...did I just hear the 's' word?!? Turn that off right now!"

Then they might throw him out of the house, and he won't have a place to play it on :/

My SD Card with the game on it is just as physical as your cartridge with the game on it.
I love Nintendo, that's why I criticize them so harshly.

It's been a while since I've played the campaign in BO II but I don't really recall encountering much blood and gore to begin with.
