Topic: I need help with a Zelda game!

I have recently gotten The Legend of Zelda : Ocarina of Time and I got to the point where I have to fight King Dodongo but I ran out of bombs so I went to the Bazzar in Hyrule Castle Town but when I try to buy bombs the owner just says "You can't get this now." And they are only 35 rupees and I have like 71. Is something wrong with my game?
