1. Buy It Now prices are not necessarily a representation of what something is actually worth. I've seen someone make a joke listing of $10,000 for a used NES Zelda cart. Of course there are plenty of people who overprice that aren't joking.
That said, legal Chinese versions probably are indeed worth more because of scarcity, compared to bootlegs which were rampant in the region. Still, they don't seem to turn up often enough to get a real idea of value.

Then for this game in question, the chinese version is difficult to find... is rarer than the Japanese version (view on ebay).
Its value being more difficult to find do you think is much most high ? ?
