I have a bunch of games on my GameCube with memory from the previous owners like old records of their high scores, or their names as characters still in. I con't find a way to get rid of that. Would you happen to know how?

Don't you turn on the cube without a disc in, and then you can get to the memory card information?

@Chris77 But my memory card is brand new and it was sealed when I bought it.

Just delete the contents in the memory card. Boot the cube up without a game and select the memory card

We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.

@TheJosh347 so it worked right

No. But its fine

@TheJosh347 sorry I thought your card was used. If you boot up the cube without anything in it you can get to the memory card information and then format them. If it's new and sealed I'm not sure why it would have someone else's data in it.

If is that mean deleting the records from a game Save data, just delete the whole Save data from previous owner right away from the game you want to play. What game that have Save data from previous owner ?

@TheJosh347
Doesn't the GameCube have no built-in memory so it cannot have any save data?

TheJosh347

Idk why this is happening

TheJosh347

TheJosh347

@Rambler I think its on the game itself. Not the console or Memory Card

@TheJosh347 are you serious or trolling everyone.
Games save on the memory card. They do not save on the mini disc.

I'm not trolling. And also I was just guessing. Maybe they don't idk.

Pac-Man Fever.

So, just make the New Save data (New game) and overwrite the old save data with your New Save data. Case closed.
