Many games have been ported to many systems, some as quick 'cash-ins', while others actually added something (like the Godfather game for Wii did, to me).
I'd like to read about what other gamers think would be great games to port to certain systems.
I for one think Pac Man VS should come to the Wii U eShop, since it's an awesome concept very few got to play I'm afraid and the standard Wii U equipment just seems right for it. Also, I'd like to see a 3DS portable version of ZombiU, because that just seems to make sense to me. It has the two screens, and the immersion of 3D could make an already tense game perhaps even better...
There are a few more, mainly HD to 3D/home console to handheld and vice versa.
And I don't believe I'm the only one, neither do I believe I've thought of every great possible port - for that's simply inpossible.
What game would you like to see on what system?

I dunno if ports is the right word, but we seem to be getting stuff remade that's already so easy to play on other systems, while there's some real rarities out there being ignored. Either because the game got a low print run, or it was on a machine that not many people had. The Saturn/Dreamcasts libraries could easily be put up as downloadable titles now. Panzer Dragoon Saga, Shemue and Shenmue 2, Shining Force 3, Burning Rangers, Skies of Arcadia, I'd buy all of these before buying Wind Waker again as I can easily pick up a copy of that and play it on my Wii.
Well, wada ya know! It's my favorite, and definitive Pac-Man experience.
That IS indeed GREAT news, I'm getting it too! I just really really hope it'll include Pac Man VS. Ever played it? It was a free bonus disc with some Namco Gamecube games (got mine with R-Racing... Actually bought it used, for PM VS ) and it made the best use of the GBA link, exactly how the Gamepad could be used in 'assymetric' multiplayer.

Some Dreamcast games got a second chance on Gamecube, like Skies of Arcadia, and now the ignored Wii gem Muramasa will come to PS Vita (which I doubt will give it a much wider public, sadly...). I don't own a Vita (I have the original Muramasa since it's release) but I love it when a TRUE gem gets a second life or remade. A couple of the Wii's greatest got almost ignored completely by 'the masses', and I'd get them again should they get a second chance on Wii U (Fragile Dreams, Madworld,...)
Remakes like, well, 'REmake', Twin Snakes and now Windwaker Reborn are most welcome but indeed, they aren't that hard to get on the original systems. They do add a lot of spark(le) to the games though, but some -me included- like the originals equally.
But as time goes by, young people pick up gaming and, should they get to look past the veil of triple A mostly-forgettable-ness, they might find it easier to uncover gems this way.

Sega doesn't even have to source codes for most of those games...
I'd be happy to see Final Fantasy V Advance, the Mega Man Legends games (though there are apparently some annoying VO licensing rights issues getting in the way) and/or Suikoden II get ported in some fashion.

I found Mega Man 1-8 and Zero 1-4 on gamecube and 3ds respectively, there was another collection too but I'm just home from work so a bit too tired now to look it up both are interesting if you can find them (neither made it to Europe I think... but I managed to get them)
I might be the only one who wants this but I would like to have cod zombies on the 3ds and vita, I made it's way to ios and it was alright, but would be better if it had button controls.
I'd rather see a new capcom vs snk, but that's personal preference
whats snk
You poor underprivledged soul...SNK was Capcom's rival back in the day and made a lot of good Fighting games like Fatal Fury, Samurai Shodown, The Last Blade, and The King of Fighters. They even had their own console called the Neo Geo (which you may have seen on the Wii VC), but they still exist as SNK Playmore, and still make the King of Fighters franchise, the occasional Samurai Shodown, and a few other non-fighting franchises. Capcom teamed up with SNK twice to make Capcom vs. SNK 1 and 2, the latter of which is, in my opinion at least, one of the greatest fighting games Capcom ever produced. It would be interesting to see if they ever team up again, though it seems unlikely.

... exactly! Recently, they even sort of revived the neo geo, in the form of neo geo X, a handheld that can be plugged into a tv docking console. Many games are already installed on the system. Also, the neo geo pocket (color) was a really fun handheld with some of the cutest versions of their best games, including Metal Slug!

I barely played the zombie mode in previous instalments, to be honest... The dialogue and settings were very nice though, so I might be interested, should they ever decide to turn it into a full game. Especially on 3ds, which is far too low on shooting games, given that touch screen controls on the ds were very good for aiming in shooting games (combined with -indeed very important- buttons), and 3d adds that extra touch to Resident Evil and such.
