I have just about finished Dead Space and loved it so far. I'm probably going to pick up Dead Space 2 this weekend.

Dead Space 2 is by far the best in the series.

I finally got another PlayStation 3 and what better way to kick off the celebration than to play Vanquish? Right? Yeah, it's terrible.

I downloaded it off PSN but haven't got the chance to start it. I actually played through the first one twice.

What? Vanquish is ridiculously awesome. You're not playing it for the "story", right?

The Elementary School or Daycare whatever it is in Dead Space 2 is going to give me nightmares haha. Also is it just me or do all the enemies move faster than they did in the first Dead Space?

There is no story. Even if it was slightly above an absolute mess, not even that could save the mediocre gameplay and muddy visuals.

It's more of an adventure game than a visual novel, but whatever you want to call it, it's awesome. You should totally get it ASAP.

On that scale, I gave WRC FIA World Rally Championship a 70/100 - a higher score is a real stretch for that title, seeing how it is a low budget title with a few technical issues, I couldn't overlook it and had to decrease the end score accordingly.

That said though, once you alter the standard game setting - yes, you have to disable all the assist and drop the difficulty level - the game is a good bit of fun. In fact, I'm still playing the game to this day. Haha

Oh, I recently wrote a controversial SOCOM feature that got a lot of media attention, which led me to grab SOCOM: Confrontation for like $1.50 at Gamestop. If any of you have (or get) it, I'd love to get some online time in with a few friends.

Just got the Platinum trophy for Sly Cooper. It was an okay game, I guess.

I prefer Sly 2 and 3, myself. Sly 1 feels like a Crash Bandicoot/Rayman 2 clone with some stealth elements thrown in. The later games feel more clever, refined, and distinct, IMO. That said, I'm gonna go grab the Sly series when it's on sale.

I might have to play those as well some day. Sly 1 felt a lot like Crash, you're right. Spyro the Dragon, even.

yeah, sly 1 was ok, but 2 and 3 were a lot of fun, for the reasons @CanisWolfred expressed. they are kicked up a notch.

The reason that I loved Sly 1 so much, was because it felt like a Crash Bandicoot game! Haha

I liked Sly 2 the best out of the 3.

That would be awesome... I rented it and played it non stop but then got side tracked with other games and hadn't picked it up yet.

That's great news, because that is a game that I've truly wanted to play, but haven't gotten to yet.

I'm very much enjoying Tomb Raider.

After the demo and reading the great review it received at PushSquare, I decided to download Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. It really is one of the dumbest games I've ever played and I mean that in a good way. Just crazy, mindless fun.
