@Slapshot: I stuck with it on the Sonic Genesis Collection and I thought it was a bad game. I just wish we were getting better (imo) free games from ps+

How the hell is it a bad game?

@Mickeymac - limited scope? Strange beat em up controls? Complete lack of explanation? Obtuse level of difficulty especially for first time players? Comic-book appeal does nothing for a lot of people?

Take your pick. Personally I found the game kinda cool, but I can totally appreciate why people might not like it or would think it's a bad game. It's certainly not a great game, if that's what your "how the hell" is supposed to convey.

It's a well-made game, and none of those things you mentioned really make it a bad game.

I don't like anything about the game, making it bad and not fun to me. I tried to, but I thought it sucked.

Aw man I feel dumb... Just got done with inFAMOUS and have to say it's definitely one of my favorite games on PS3. _{Definitely in my top 10}

Sure its not perfect but other than the pop-in graphics, glitches, poor character design and the climbing system ( which fails about 50% of the time), this games does a little more than exceed.

I didn't like anything about Super Mario World, but I'm not about to call it a bad game just because of that.

@KC - I agree. Much better than the sum of its parts. I wouldn't wanna defend why I like it to a bullet-points-style "prove it" gamer...but I loved it. 2 is awesome as well--and cleaned up the whole sum-of-its-parts thing

@Mickeymac - You think it's well-made. Congrats. Here's a medal. I'm sure there are 9 or 10 people on the planet that agree with you. I find it a passable made game with a metric ton of design faux pas (is that plural and singular) that relegates it to "it's alright" status.

Seriously...do you just blast people's opinions to make yourself feel better? I hope its working.

It's not that you're putting it down that I don't like. I don't like Comix Zone either. It's that you don't know the difference between personal tastes and actual quality quality that annoys me, unless you can point out legitimate flaws, what's the point of calling it a "bad game"?

But they have multiple valid reasons why they dislike it, whereas you don't have any regarding Super Mario World.

He never gave a valid reason, so shut up. He never even gave a reason. He just called it a bad game and then left. That's not even getting into Super Mario World, which I'll copy and paste later.

The controls suck, the character designs suck, the way it looks sucks, the music sucks, the story sucks, the enemies suck.

And if I don't like a game I have a right to call it whatever I want. If you don't like me dude just ignore everything I say and I'll do the same. You are always seemingly looking for an argument.

It was a never ending party, lol. The whole "Good or Evil" decisions were new to me and very exciting. I also loved the side quests to death and the difficulty was fair which worried me as I progressed, lol. Oh and the storyline is EPIC!

And would you recommend me buying the sequel? I've heard mixed opinions.

@Kid_Crono: I think it felt a bit longer. I did all the side missions my first playthrough though. I didn't have any issues with climbing in the 2nd one like I did in the first one. The controls all around felt better. I thought the story in the 2nd one was much deeper than the first, and better. User generated levels. Cool new attacks. No sewers. I thought the city was better than the first one and the enemies/bosses were better as well.
