Yeah & they said about 'proper native controller support' for them on PC, which is what I was most concerned about, @Dezzy .... I won't benefit from Ultra 4k but I'm sure they'll look great!

Now this is one hell of an improvement for femshep in ME1. ME1 is definitely gonna feel like a new game a lot more than the other 2 will.

Yeah, she looks great .... I'm a bit annoyed that they weirdly have a 'bundle' for the Steam version, to discount this if you own Mass Effect 3 there! But for those of us that own them on Origin, there's no bundle? I'll wait for sales

Uh huh but I have all my games on PC .... Recently finished off the last things stuck on my XBox One S & traded it in!

It certainly wasn't me, @Dezzy .... I was always saying I wouldn't need to get any new console now, too! MS likes putting it's games on PC, usually on Steam as well as their own store

@Dezzy in both the fem and the male comparisons you've posted, the shaping of the face actually looks better to my eye on the originals. Both of the new ones look a bit weird to me.

I'm pretty sure the model for male shep is exactly the same. Just new textures and lighting.

Too bad there's no Pinnacle Station or multiplayer anymore. Or Switch. Or Stadia.

Pinnacle Station was pretty much the worst DLC from any of the 3 games. I think they've been quite lucky in which one they lost the source code for.

Imagine if they'd lost the source code for Lair of the Shadow Broker. Now that would've been some serious trouble.

Good idea for a release. I have long planned to go through all the parts.

What haven't you played?

First images from ME2 have been released. Obviously not as big an improvement as ME1, although still looks fairly significant. The original ME2 still looks fairly good if you play it today, but the low quality texturing and lighting does tend to stand out. This looks great though. It's basically in-line with my original prediction that they'll make all 3 games look like a HD version of Mass Effect 3.:

I haven't played a single ME game but the quality of this remaster is making me take notice.

If you like RPGs at all, these are pretty much essential. Probably the best western RPGs ever made, in my opinion.

Also, if you've never played them, this will be one of the best value purchases all year. 3 full games with something like 10 story DLC between them, will end up being like 100-150 hours of content.

@Dezzy Oh man I love value. Collections are even better, and more often than not Sony offer more economic collections than Nintendo.
