Well right now, it's looking like the fairest thing to do would be to let either the round one losers proceed to their second round, or to have @Blaze and one random loser sub in to fill the spots which opened. It might be those who would have gone there anyway though, since if their opponent dropped out in the beginning, they'd have gone through.
