I'm pretty sure a thread just like this already exists. Anyways, I predict Super Mario Galaxy 3, Pikmin 4, Zelda Wii U/NX, and a Nintendo Land sequel (Nintendo World?) that takes advantage of amiibo in a similar vein to Disney Infinity. While I don't know how plausible they are, I'd love for the NX to also launch with a new Paper Mario, Metroid Prime, and a Kirby platformer.
I expect a mainline Mario game (more than likely 2D but possibly a 3D game), Pikmin 4, some sort of new IP, an HD remake or an upscaling of a Wii U game (Smash Bros., Zelda U?), a spin-off of a popular series, and Animal Crossing to be revealed at or before E3 2015, and they will likely be released within the first year of the console. Mario and Animal Crossing are , like, 95% certain to hit that early and as well as a spin-off. I'd imagine that a Pikmin game and a remake/up-scaling are also very likely, but less so.

But yeah, I could see the Final Fantasy VII Remake being a launch title, hopefully with some NX exclusive features or extras.
