So I was thinking of picking up Dragon Quest HD-2D 1&2 for the Switch but I have read that I should start with 3 first. While I like to play games in order of release people have said the in the HD-2D remake of 1 and 2 there are parts that reference 3 so that's where I should start. I havent played 3 yet so should Instart with 3? Also how does it run on a Switch? I have the OLED Switch and wont be upgrading to Switch 2 anytime soon. I do also have access to a Series X and PC and wondering if I should buy it there instead. Any thoughts?

@Tasuki Are you buying physical or digital? The bundle of all 3 is $20 cheaper digitally. Although... DQ 3 HD is on a $20 sale right now so same difference I suppose.
While i dont know how it performs on S2, plucky squire is on a deep sale and i highly recommend it. Such a fun and unique experience that I played last year
Thank you to everyone for helping me earlier. I got Breath of the Wild. Torn between three games now. They are Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered Collection, Captain Toad, and Skyward Sword. Please recommend me the games from best to worst. I have played and beaten Captain Toad and Skyward Sword like 10 or more years ago. Enjoyed both of them. Willing to play them again. Try to play Tomb Raider but stopped but thanks to the new controls and better graphics I'm willing to try it again.
