Any recommendations for games that were good in their day but are now ridiculously great deals because their prices have dropped? For example, games like Ni No Kuni, Hogwards Legacy, Portal and Lego <anything> are crazy cheap these days. I've only managed to "finish" about 20 Switch games, so my lifetime game coverage is very poor. I'm sure I missed a few.
Well, Marvel Cosmic Invasion and Pipestrello and the Cursed Yoyo are both legit. Fired up both demo's and had a blast. I wasn't expecting MCI to be quite as polished as it is, and the level of depth, as expected, smashes 93' Arcade X-Men all the way back to the stone age, ahem, as much as i love my early 90's stone age.
If anything, some of the voice acting in MCI was a bit amateur. Other than that, no complaints! Pipestrello? Wasn't expecting to like this one either after checking out the trailer, but I'm hooked. It's almost like a combination of Zelda, meets StarTropics and maybe Blaster Master. It felt unique enough to feel like it's own thing thanks to the upgradable Yoyo mechanic and fun diverse ways you can use it.
Anyone have some good feedback on either starship troopers ultimate bug war or Under the Island? Looking for a nice little experience to hold me over until yoshi comes out. Both are on sale at the moment and cast n chill didn’t do it for me
