@Avatar40k oy thanks. its the international shipping to australia thats a killer but the game looks too good to ignore. man all these limited runs making it hard to keep up with standard retail!
I grabbed the only copy of Victor Vran that my local Gamestop got. Looks like it had a very small print run. I'm glad I just happened to walk in on release day. I didn't even realize it was coming out yet!
Anyone else holding out on Messenger - seems like a physical deal may be in the works.
I mostly stopped buying anything digitally (sans ACA Neo Geo) because there are so many small publishers now. I'm confident that any indie game with a moderate amount of notoriety is going to have a physical version eventually.
Switch Physical Collection - 1,555 games (as of March 31st, 2026)
Switch 2 Physical Collection - 4 games (as of December 8th, 2025)
Bought a few more games on my way home from work today! (Hello Neighbor, Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection, Minecraft Story Mode). That brings my current total to 157 games! Where's everyone else at?

151, with money down on about 40 more. 16 more targeted for preorder between now and Christmas, I just haven't committed to them yet. I like to wait until a month prior to the release date before preordering, on the off-chance a EU-only or JP-only release gets an NA release. Everything else goes on the 50%-off-or-better list for future bargain shopping. Because it's a genre of game I don't care about (sports, rhythm/dance, party games, etc). Or if I feel the print run will be high enough to where the game will be easily obtained months or years later.

@FFVILocke your sitting on a big pile of gold thats for sure. I only got round 40 titles but have sold the same amount off that I deemed unworthy to hang onto. but Im not into counting numbers Im in it for the great titles otherwise my possessive nature to own plastic might lead me astray..
@eightbit well Im sure those outlets are great if you live in america but I live in australia in the sticks n ebay is my main importer of goods n since victor vran never received an ozzy retail release ebay is my safest import friendly option..

I thought about that after posting (that maybe you were in a region in which it were more difficult to obtain these titles) and I completely understand. It sucks that you have to resort to ebay for these titles. You should team up with people in other regions and work together to get these new at retail. Ebay is really the "wild west" of new game purchases...and I personally don't recommend it. I wouldn't mind getting these for you and sending them out if shipping is feasible. If anything it would pump up my best buy points
I'm also willing to help out. I'm in the US and I got my copy through Amazon. I figured you were looking for copies at retail, as I've heard Victor Vran is difficult to track down offline.
Anyway, best of luck.
I have many games, far too few of them played. Currently making my way through:
3DS: Bravely Default
Switch: Rune Factory 4 Special
PS4: Greedfall
PC: Satisfactory, Pathfinder Kingmaker
PS3: DS: GBA: SNES: GC: Wii:
@eightbit@Avatar40k cheers for the offers I appreciate it n might take you up on the offer one day. I been hooked up to ebay for over 10 years now n I hate having to change procedures which is most likely why Im still buying physical n refuse to make the change to digital. ebay is the land of scalpers for sure but so long as Im on the pulse I shouldnt lose out too much funds n really to worry about spending money on games is abit of a contradiction towards the nature of video games. I mean time is more precious n we must spend time to enjoy them yes? so whats a bit of wasted money after spending the currency of life itself..
@Belexes I'm doing bot, i bought the digital on saturday.
I am tempted to do the same, but may just go back to my 8 bit Ninja Gaiden games for a bit until I bide my time until the physical is released.
My gripe is that some of these physicals seem to take forever. Case in point, Shovel Knight, which it looks like we will finally get in physical form in 2019.
Does anyone have an extra copy of shelter generations they’re willing to part with? I had no intention of collecting super rare games’ releases until lovers and I had to own it... so now I’ve bought them all except shelter generations because the eBay prices are a little more than I would like to spend
Huh? Why are we gauging ebay suppliers as a means to what is going to be hard to find? This game is in stock and readily available on Amazon brand new (shipped and sold by) as well as Best Buy and Gamestop. Hardly hard to find...
Thank you. Also game looks crappy as hell so I’m not shelling out anything for it.
