Topic: Stardew Valley Cloud Save

Hello folks;
I want to buy stardew valley for my switch but I am not really motivated to play all the way that I have already experienced. I have already played this game on my PC (Steam account). Do you think is there any way to cloud transfer the save files from there to my switch?

Unfortunately not, but you could mix it up and start with a different kind of farm.

Hello! My friend is currently playing on Mac OSX via Steam. I am considering buying a Switch (for portability) to play with him via Steam cloud. Is this possible?

@vietkieutie Unfortunately the multiplayer update for Switch isn’t out yet, and even when it does come out, I kind of doubt it will have crossplay, although this is yet to be confirmed.

Also, in terms of the original topic, no, you can’t transfer any saves from PC/Mac to Switch

@vietkieutie Crossplay has not been confirmed one way or another. They are still testing multiplayer mode on PC so it is possible it will arrive in the future, after they work out the details. I mean we have crossplay with Minecraft, Rocket League and Fortnite now after all.
