Topic: Question about the megaman legacy collection download code

My friend lended me his copy of the game and I told me that I could download the 7-10 games on a separate account with a separate nintendo network account on the my switch and when I am done with them and I lend him back the game, I could delete that account and he could download it on his switch.

I just wanted to make sure that it would work before doing it. Do any of you guys know for a 100% if that is true?

No, the code doesn't go active again if you delete the game. Once the code is used, it's tied to the account it was used on.

Put this way eShop games are tied to the account as well as the DLC code. Once downloaded they are tied to the Nintendo account it was downloaded with. Your friend isn't a real friend to give you misleading information.
