OH MY GOD! IS IT 20th OCTOBER YET?

@NintendoByNature yeah, this direct was unreal. I was not expecting anything except the Sonic Superstars and Mario RPG stuff. And we got Dark Moon. Crazy

I was worried at first when they started with Pokémon dlc, but it really picked up! That Mario/Peach/Luigi segment was one of the most genuinely shocking things I’ve seen at a direct in years.

Happy at some of the announcements (Batman and MGS collections!!!)
A few cringe moments.

But, I was hoping for Persona 3 Reloaded. Maybe it’ll be announced later.

The UK Direct shows that Pikmin 1 and 2 are getting physical versions on September 22nd!

@Grumblevolcano Hopefully they're not full price. The same as Metroid Prime would be ideal.

What a weird Direct that was. Lots of Mario too. I guess it makes sense following the movie. Not complaining tho, specially since we haven't had a lot of Mario games recently aside from like... Mario+Rabbids 2 and that's it I think.
Pikmin 4 looks good tho and the fact that we now have all of the Pikmin games on Switch just like that is amazing. Hoping they do this more often.

@TheBigBlue Mario fans when they only get one Mario game in one year be like.
Like, it was weird we only got one Mario game in one year (and it was made by Ubisoft) but "forgotten"? It's their mascot and it just had a billion dollar at the box office movie.

I am surprised that we didn't get anything on Persona 3 Reload (the one thing I was actually expecting lol). I wonder if this means it really isn't coming to switch because they did show off Persona 5 Tactica

@ElRoberico According to the eshop, it's a bundle of Pikmin 1 and 2 for £39.99.

@Grumblevolcano that’s actually not a terrible price for HD ports of both pikmins. I have both 1 and 2 on Wii but my Wii broke in January so I might gun for these two games so I can have the trilogy again

I really like the Japanese Direct so far. they visit a lot of older games and have a few more commercials.

@Vortexeo I've heard from one youtuber that ATLUS started already their TV ad campaign with Persona 3 Reload (in Japan) without the Switch icon and that it wouldn't make sense that to be the case only to announce a Switch version two days later. It seems he was right. It would probably come to the Switch but in a latter date.
