Topic: New OLED Purchase, Anyone else have discoloration / stain issues?

Hi, I'm new here, wasn't sure to post this here or in trouble discussion thread, so sorry if wrong spot. I just got this from Target and had the console mostly on the dock, barely touched and it has all of this discoloration on it. It's all over the console, any spot that has white.
It's not something that can be wiped off.

Anybody else experience anything similar? I want to return it but I know they don't have any more OLED's in stock so I might be waiting for a long time. I'm also not sure if Nintendo will do something to replace it, but also that could be a while as well.

@JesseA Was it like that out the box? Unless you have an issue with it I would just keep it, If it still works and plays fine you should get used to it.

yeah came out of the box like that. It plays fine, it's just cosmetic.

Maybe we can pretend it’s a marbled special edition.

@JesseA Take it to the store, show the manager. See if you can reserve a replacement. If you wait on this, you may look less credible.

If you are not convinced, you should contact the store or Nintendo now.

Take it back and have it exchanged. But if this was after opened and not manufacture issue then not much can be done.
