How do I get rid of scratched face after being tricked (spelled) by jack in Halloween day?

@jflmd Go to a vanity/mirror. From there you can change your character back to normal. You will need to do it all manually, however.

@jflmd Both a mirror and vanity can be crafted - see if you or your kids have a vanity/mirror in their DIY recipe catalog. If not, you could check the beach and villagers daily for what DIYs are in store.

There's an antique vanity that could be bought at Nook's Cranny too, provided that it's available. There is also a mermaid vanity DIY (along with other mermaid DIYs and items) that you could learn by swimming for scallops. Just make sure you give one to Pascal when he shows up.
