This game's a little harder than I expected regarding doing sharp turns and accelerating to the first jump. There's often little to no runway between the corner and first jump (like real motocross tracks). AI puts a foot down to turn sharp, then nails the gas (like motorcross racers do), but when I do it, it's mega tough to aim the bike for the first jump when I get back on the gas. I often think I'm straight enough, but I end up landing off the track or in hay bale.

And, it seems like I jump farther in first person view vs third person view? I usually clear jumps in first person, whereas, I constantly fall short in 3rd person view, and knoll the landing (slam the front side of the next jump), lose all speed.

I guess I need more time with it.

Anybody good with this game?

Or, maybe, this will be the only post for this game. Cue the tumbleweed?

I wasn't a fan of the first two games. Too much a sim, much too difficult for my taste. Kind of turned me off the development studio (Milestone) and their games in general. Although folks seem to like Hot Wheels Unleashed a whole lot.

Does anyone find Monster Energy Supercross 3 playable on the Switch?

On narrow courses there are times I can't keep the bike on the course - I take a jump a little off kilter, and land off the track. Trying to correct my steering in a string of jumps often is an over-correction in the othe direction. Coming out of a tight turn, if the first jump is close to the turn, it's a squirrely gamble as to whether or not I can aim the bike straight enough for the first jump. Sometimes I think it looks straight enough, but end up landing off-track. Anyway, playing against Easy AI, I can't play perfect enough to compete. I'm out of patience. (There's a rewind feature, but it can't save the game (for me))

Game Deleted

Respect for anyone that does ok with this game.
