@Megal0maniac It's coming out December 7th according to the latest Nintendo Minute.

This game is in my top 5 of all time. I love it to bits. I'll happily wait.

@Tyranexx Seeing as the biggest purchase is for tools... I'd say #toomanyhobbiesproblems more than gamer issues, lol. Gaming is my cheapest hobby, and one I'm slowly backing away from. (I don't know what that says about me...) If I had a place to put my library, I could easily make myself destitute on my reading hobby. And if I had a money tree I would buy such nice Taiko... (don't tell my Don-Chan...she cost me 5grand but is a low quality drum lol) Oh and telescopes...I've been designing a new rig for about 5 years now.

I'm...going to go take another look at my budget now... bye!

@Ryu_Niiyama: Haha, I can sympathize on both the game and reading libraries! Thankfully I'm making some headway on both. But yeah, hobbies can get quite expensive!....

Demo is on JPN eshop. Playing in English.

Saw a comparison video. That moment when you realize nostalgia made this game look sharper on the ps2 than it was. I can’t wait to get this. The colors pop in that way that I thought they did on the ps2 (but they didn’t) it feels like katamari is finally coming home.

First time playing Katamari. I'm glad I knew in advance that the controls are somehow different. I heard it used the second stick so I was able to get the hang of the controls fast enough to beat the first stage. It's weird that the demo doesn't have any mention on the controls, especially since there's a time limit in the stage. I'm still unsure if and when I'll get the game.

So this game just hit the West. Would anyone recommend this? I would like to know if the game would have enough value for the asking price.

@PolarExperience did you get the demo? I would suggest you start there. Katamari isn’t for everyone (even though I am playing it more than smash.) so the demo will help you decide.

@Ryu_Niiyama I did, it’s just the controls are a little hard to learn without a tutorial. Other than that it was pretty fun.

@PolarExperience If you liked the demo but found yourself wanting to get bigger, the game is worth the 30 bones. There’s more variety to some stages, too. The constellation stages each have you trying to roll up things like crabs for Cancer or crowns for Corona Borelias.

Just started the actual game and am already hooked. Haven’t even gone past the tutorial yet .

@HobbitGamer Is that the get the biggest cow level? I saw it on PB &Jeff, they definitely had a hard time with it.
