Topic: Is there a way to permanently remove eShop REDOWNLOAD history?

My list is getting long and I'd like to find my old games easier and faster. Wanting to remove some of the demos on the list especially.

No because your Nintendo account keeps a list of your eShop download. You go to your data manager on the Switch to remove the Demo downloads. Did you not look there yet.

@Vivianeat Understandable to want that ability, but we don't appear to have that kind of control over the redownload list. All regretable demos & purchases will forever be in the redownload list (if you've deleted the said games/demos/dlc from your console & micro sd card). I still have Splatoon 2's original Testfire demo in the list.

Conversely, that makes it impossible to lose digital games/dlc/demos by mistake.(generally speaking)

@Vivianeat I don't think there's a way to clear your redownload/purchase history. I looked at mine and I don't see a "clear history" link anywhere. Which I think makes sense, since you won't lose track of any of your downloaded games. Maybe go to the later pages on your purchase history? Since it's sorted from the newest download to the oldest that you've made.

@SwitchForce All my demos are off my data but some still remain showing on the account history.

@MarioLover92 I assumed your purchase history was something you could not delete but the demos, ya. I guess not
