Topic: I'm suspended for violating Nintendo's code.

Okay, so I bought $1700 worth of vbucks, (ik, weird. that's just how I am xd) and my credit card thought it was a hacker. So, it got a refund from Nintendo by calling it a fraud, automatically and without my consent. Now, usually, when you do that on games, they ban you or something. Well, that's what happened to me, and I would like to know when or if the text option on Nintendo support page is going to be available again and if I'm banned permanently. Also, Nintendo didn't actually say ban, and actually email me, so I'm pretty sure that's a good sign, right?

You should probably ask Nintendo, your bank, and/or the developer of the game.

@Morpheel I don't want to talk to them because my throat and voice hurts if I talk. The bank can't do anything about it, and my Epic Games account is still intact, my Nintendo account, on the other hand, is suspended.

Well. I mean, we can't really do anything to help you... Besides suggest you contact someone who can help you.

There should be a live chat on their customer support page, used it to get my Piranha Plant code since it didn't rev up in my email (and YEE, I checked my spam, they ALWAYS tell you to check your spam folder).

I thought there was some kind of maximum quantity of money you can spend at the eshop for a single day...

Contact nintendo support. It's always the best option.

That's....30 full retail games purchased at once.....or hundreds of indie games. Just.....why? I mean even if you want $1700 of games (I can't talk I probably spent that or more over a longer space of time across 3 platforms....)....I mean at least spread it out over a week....or 3 months....or something....it's not like you're going to play them all at once, or they're all on an amazing sale, right?

Only Nintendo and your bank can help, however.
