This is in USA btw, so I sent my switch to Nintendo for a warranty repair because I was having power and battery issues (console freezing in sleep mode, turning off suddenly on portable mode, etc.) and now that I have it back I began inspecting it and noticed that everything seems the same, my screen protector is there, the few scratches on the back are there too, but the serial number and the MAC address on the console are different though and everything seems to be working fine now, oh and my saves are there too THANK GOD! But is there a definitive way to know if my switch was replaced or just repaired?
@Edusama Ah, gotchya! I thought it came back with missing paperwork or something Yeah they should have let you know if indeed they had to replace the entire unit.
