You can transfer save data wirelessly (you will need an internet connection), but syncing, per se, is not possible, but there is a similar solution (though it's a little more convoluted).
If you have an NSO subscription, and the software allows for cloud save back-up, then you will be able to retrieve save data and use it on multiple systems. Just bear in mind that whatever save data is present on the console will be overwritten, so be careful that you retrieve outdated data from the cloud.
Unless you're playing a game that requires a constant internet connection (such as Fortnite), your save data will never "sync", per se, as save data is almost always saved to your console's internal memory. Your console will generally update your save data to the cloud automatically, but you will still want to make sure that it is up-to-date whenever you are considering retrieving the data for use on another console.
@l2oBiN to have game progress sync across multiple consoles, i pasted a link to a page that has a links to Nintendo Support for "primary" and "non primary", "multiple consoles" directions. There are links to 12 or more commonly asked setup questions, you might find 2 or more relevant.
