Topic: Fate/Extella Link

I wanted to start a thread about this game just to gush over the special edition. I'd argue that the NA special edition for Fate/Extella Link might be the finest I've seen for any game on Switch, from any publisher. Gorgeous box with magnets to keep it closed, like Disgaea 1 Complete and Octopath Traveler. The box is made from thick cardboard, the kind that stands well for display. Sadly, most other special editions are packaged in cheap cardboard that would melt if left outside in poor weather (Sonic Mania, Shantae HGH, etc).

"But Magician, what about the game?"

I couldn't say, I'm too busy, my backlog is stacked. Let me get back to you in a year or two.

As for the game, the polish is a breath of fresh air after the Caligula Effect.

I enjoyed Umbral Star, despite knowing nothing about the Fate/Extella stuff otherwise.... Will be getting this on day of release (22nd, here)

Update: This game is an absolute stunner. Marvelous have outdone the warriors franchise with this one.

Yep, I'm liking it a lot, so far....
