Topic: eShop doesn't let see some games

So, a friend has a problem with the Nintendo Switch eShop, when he tries to view some games, like Doom, Skyrim, Perception and some other games, it shows a message that says that he can't buy or see information about that aplication. Also, he doesn't have Parental Control activated, so, we don't have idea of what could be the problem.
If anyone has an idea of what could be, i would appreciate it.

Parental Controls can be controlled remotely via smartphone app.

He said that he doesn't have any kind of Parental Control activated, not even the smartphone app.
But we think that maybe he put that he's underage in the account.

Yeah, then the account will automatically filter out games with immature content.
One of his parents should make an account and buy him DOOM and Wolfenstein.
