Ok we've just got a Switch so please be gentle. I've created a Nintendo account including 3 family members on the Nintendo site. How do I link my account and all family members I've created to the Switch or do I have to create users on the Switch first ?

Yes, you must create users on the Switch itself first and link each account from there.

Also, we're not affiliated with Nintendo, if you have further questions, you should email them instead.
