I started my pumpkin patch today

Wonder if the great pumpkin will make an appearance. lol

@MarioLover92 Is there a reason to spread them out like that, or is it just for looks? I planted 20 in a 4x5 grid.

@Heavyarms55 I was thinking that more pumpkins would grow when I spread them out, kinda like how flowers work. Could be wrong though. I did look it up and I did see you can water the pumpkin starts at least 2 times to get up to 3 pumpkins.

@MarioLover92 When I googled it it didn't mention the spacing but it's new, so we'll see I guess.

So I see Leif’s pumpkin starts are HALF the price of what the “Crook’s” are selling them for, and they are also selling the October DiY items, I’m assuming in case you don’t get to craft them? 🤔

Just throwing this out there. Apparently you can't get copies of the "spooky" DIYs - you get some materials instead. Odd considering that the villagers always give you DIYs regardless of whether you learned them or not.

Shameful to admit that since having my dear, amazing baby, I have had to resort to doing some time traveling (something I have NEVER done in previous AC games) But I am still not getting hardly any of the acorn/pinecone items!!! I so badly want the arch and the big tree 😭
Does anyone know when leaves are going to start appearing for us to catch!?

@foxyflimflam I'm pretty sure those don't come until November. That might explain why you're having trouble getting them. (>^_^)>

Edit: I mean the Maple leaves. The DIY's are available now; and I'll be keeping an eye out for them, for you.

Edit 2: No, I was right the first time, those DIY's aren't available yet, either. (D'oh!)

@FattyWhale_42 Well that's dumb and confusing! Lol I figured since the little tree was available now, the big one would be! I refuse to TT THAT far ahead (at least for now lol) Thanks for setting my brain straight! 🤣

Edit : The diy are only available from balloons, correct?
